Our surveyors can provide an initial fixed-price survey to uncover the cause of any problem with the building fabric and provide a report. Our surveyors are not sales driven, so if they find that a problem has a simple maintenance solution, they will state this in the report, together with advice on the best course of action to take.
When we uncover a problem that requires further action, we will outline the work required, providing the most cost-effective solution to your issue. We are then happy to discuss the scope of the work, likely timescales and the level and nature of any disruption this may cause.
We always endeavour to work professionally and courteously in your home, with the minimum of disruption to your daily life. We leave your premises tidy at the end of each day and will always advise you when the work might require your absence from the premises - which will be for the shortest time possible.
